According to (Triandis, 1994), culture involves an exact or a prearranged way by which people contemplate, feel, and react in a certain situation of life. This also involves their ways of behaving and how they are used to do things. Different people in different parts of the globe have their ways of reactions. Saying that a culture can be shared means that a person from one culture can be in a position to use another culture dissimilar from their (Morrison, and Conaway, 2006). In addition, one person can be able to earn the basic values, the way of living and behaviors of another culture. This is what brings out the issue of cross-culture. Therefore, culture is the way of doing things, behaving and norms of a certain tribe in the world.

As discussed in the above paragraph, we have seen that there are different people with their ways of life. They tend to do things and behave differently from what others do. This happens normally as one has to adapt to the way of life according to what they find their tribe behaving. This happens in rare cases due to some factors that limit their relations. When this happens, it's referred to as cross-culture interactions. (Usunier, 1998) states that cross-culture interaction is the process by which different nations or even non-native cultures or languages and even tribes come together and share with each other. This can be in an optimistic or even a destructive interface. Cross-culture interactions are most of the time not successful and have limited benefits (Usunier, 1998). This is sarcastic since it is anticipated to be advantageous when different people come together. It also means that Cross-culture interactions are conveyed with some negative reasons and stereotypes.

Considering the above argument, cross-cultural are most of the time unbearable and unrewarding. This is because different cultures do not quatrain with the rest. Cross-cultural interactions are filled with attributional error (Thomas and Peterson, 2014). These errors make people conclude some facts about a certain culture with respect to its behavior. In case their behavior doesn't rhyme, then they find it difficult to come together, interact and share anything. On the other hand, cross-cultural interactions are also filled with stereotypes that make people believe even things that do not exist This is dictated in (Adler, 1983). They relate different culture with some action or behaviors that many people find it difficult to accept. By so doing, the interaction will not be possible. Having discussed these errors and stereotypes as well, one, therefore, can conclude that cross-cultural are of partial benefit or even they don’t have any. This is not only experienced in the individual benefits or needs but also in the organizational and the entire society.
