一般格式
标题位于首页顶部，居中，24点（24-point）字体
副标题位于标题之下，间隔一行，用10点（10-point）字体，包括以下内容：
作者名
联系信息
城市和国家
电子邮箱
文章正文采用10点（10-point）字体，一页分为两栏，通常使用单倍行距
每篇文章必须有abstract和index terms，如果有需要，还可以包含：
- Note to Practitioners
- Nomenclature
- Appendices
- Acknowledgements
图、表和公式在文中居中摆放，并且用数字分别标注
Abstract是摘要是论文内容不加注释和评论的简短陈述，是可以帮助读者不阅读论文全文即能获得必要的信息，要尽可能的精炼简洁，一段即可，大概150-250字之间
index terms类似与keyword，关键词依照字母顺序排序，第一个单次大写，其他的除了缩写外都小写，如下图所示
将正文分成若干section有助于提高可读性，也是IEEE所推荐的，每个section或者subsection的heading的样式如下：
I. Primary Heading
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. Fermentum leo vel orci porta non pulvinar neque laoreet suspendisse.
A. Secondary Heading
Odio ut enim blandit volutpat maecenas volutpat blandit aliquam. Amet consectetur adipiscing elit pellentesque habitant morbi tristique senectus et.
1) Tertiary Heading: Libero justo laoreet sit amet cursus sit. Enim nec dui nunc mattis enim ut tellus elementum sagittis.
a) Quaternary heading: Nibh ipsum consequat nisl vel pretium lectus. Malesuada proin libero nunc consequat interdum varius.
文内引用（In-text citation）
IEEE用方括号括起来的数字来标注文内引用，有点类似于footnote，但是方括号就代表所引用的内容，而不需要再重复提及，“in [1]”而不是“in reference [1]”. 比如：
As established in [1], the city of Florence is populated entirely by owls wearing human masks, and thus…
如果是一次引用多个source，单个引用之间用逗号隔开，比如：
A trenchcoat and mask can easily disguise a few owls as a human, as experimentally shown by Smith [1], [2].
如果引用超过3个source，则只需要写出第一个和最后一个引用，并用破折号隔开，比如：
Italian owls are suspicious of outsiders, as noted in [3]–[5].
与footnote不同的是，同一个引用可以在文中多次出现，而不需要多次编号，比如可以多次出现[2]
文后引用（Reference list）
文后引用位于正文之后，另起一页，以标题“Reference”居中，各条引用呈左对齐，以数字顺序排序，数字与引文以空格隔开
引文中：
作者名只出现姓，其他为缩写，比如“San Zhang”要写成“S. Zhang”；不超过6个作者时，按照作者出现的顺序排列，比如 “A. B. Author, C. D. Author, and E. F. Author”.超过6个时，除了第一个作者，其他的用“et al.”代替
月份应该使用英文的简写：Jan., Feb., Mar., Apr., May, June, July, Aug., Sept., Oct., Nov., Dec.
引用书籍的格式：
[#] Author,Title, volume, edition. City, State, Country: Publisher, year.
比如：
[1] C.M. Millward, A Biography of the English Language, 2nd ed. Fort Worth, TX, USA: Harcourt Brace College Publishers, 1996.
如果是电子书：

比如：

引用期刊的格式：
[#] Author, “Title,” Journal, volume, number, page range, month year, DOI.
比如：
[3] K. M. Bivens and K. Cole, “The grotesque protest in social media as embodied, political rhetoric,” Journal of Communication Inquiry, vol. 42, no. 1, pp. 5-25, Jan. 2018, doi: 10.1177/0196859917735650.
有的期刊使用“Article ID”而不是Digital Object Identifier (DOI)，则只需要把doi替换成“Art. no.”
引用网站的格式（如果某些信息不全，比如没有作者，则可以直接不写）：

比如：
