This course introduces students to the key features, institutions and principles of the Australian legal system, including the roles of the Constitution, parliaments and the courts. “Background facts” below, and briefly outline how a judge would decide the issues in dispute.

首先，sample里为当事方概述的论点非常简略，在实际作答时，预计有些论点会需要详细表述，特别是用来支持论点的法律条款或以往案例。在sample中，以往案例基本只提到案例的名字，通常可以简要说明案例的事实、案例的判决和所依据的原则。
其次，sample中，judge’s decision是故意留空的，这并不意味着这部分就不需要写，虽然分数占比不多。judge’s decision通常就是判决结果，加上结果的依据。请注意，法官在决定法律纠纷时当然要以公正感和常识为指导，所以你也应该如此。
